Machine Operator in Training

• A good starting salary between €15,73 and €16,94 gross per hour.

• Together with the machine operators, you are responsible for perfect production.
• You assist the machine operators with the punching and folding/gluing process, allowing them to perform their work optimally.
• You ensure the supply and removal of the correct materials.
• You help with setting up the machine and breaking out the punched sheets.
• Together with the machine operators, you also perform maintenance on the machine.

The client, located in Zoetermeer, is a true specialist in sustainable folding carton packaging. They design and produce consumer packaging for both the food and non-food sectors. With approximately 25 employees, they work with modern machines and adhere to high quality and sustainability standards. 

• You have an affinity for technology and production processes.
• You are eager to learn and have an eye for quality.
• You can work well in a team and are stress-resistant.
• You are available full-time (38 hours) and willing to work in a 2-shift schedule (from 6:00 to 14:30 & 14:15 to 22:45).
• Experience in a production environment is a plus, but not a must!
• You speak Dutch and/or English at a minimum B1 level.
• You can independently reach the location in Zoetermeer (e.g., by your own transport, public transport, or bicycle).
