• A good starting salary of €2700 per month, with opportunities to grow.
• Shift allowance of 8% on top of your salary.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses.

• You melt the old lead into liquid form and filter out the waste.
• You guide the lead to the refining process and melt it into blocks.
• Together with your colleagues, you roll the lead into thin plates (sheet lead).
• You label and move the final product to the designated place.

Our client is the only producer of lead sheets in the Benelux and has been turning old lead into new lead sheets through a refining process since 1906, making it fully circular. The company produces over 16,000 tons of lead each year and operates in 10 countries. Their products are mainly used in construction, for radiation and sound insulation, and as ballast material. The company values sustainability and meets various certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.

• You speak good Dutch or English (minimum B1 level).
• You have no problem with physical work and like to work with your hands.
• You are technically minded or already have experience in a production environment.
• You are eager to learn and want to continue to develop yourself.
