Service Technician

• Attractive salary: From €2,976 depending on your experience.

You leave in the morning with your buddy from the Service Point in Numansdorp, using the work van. From here, the two of you will head out to several wind turbines. During your working day you perform the following activities:

• Following all health and safety instructions and guidelines and you work safely with materials.
• Analyzing defects in collaboration with the lead technician.
• Independently fix simple repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate on complex repair processes and planned maintenance.
• Keeping reports and completing checklists to inform the manager.
• Repair and/or replace main components of the turbine.
• Informing customers according to procedures.
• Monitor reserve stock and ensure material is available on site and in the service van.
• Carrying out tasks in the most economical and efficient way in order to perform the tasks with high quality.

• Completed mechanical and/or electrical education.
• Work experience in the electrical and/or mechanical sector is an advantage.
• Good computer skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to work in a team from different service points.
• Good English language skills, minimum B1 level.
• You are not afraid to work at heights (up to 180 meters).
• Available to work 38 hours a week and 1 standy-by weekend a month.
• You can work well together in a nice team and have good communication skills.
• Eager to learn and motivated to follow different training courses.
• You are physically fit and medically suitable for this work.
