Employee Landscaping

For our client in Lievelde we are looking for an enthusiastic Landscaping employee who likes to work outdoors. In this role you ensure that the outdoor environment looks neat and tidy, a place where people can really enjoy. • Salary: €14.06+ per hour, depending on your previous experience.
• Working hours: Flexible working hours ranging from 24 to 40 hours per week.
• Travel allowance: Travel expenses are reimbursed.
• Leave: 25 vacation days available, in addition to vacation pay.
• Pension: Registration with the StiPP pension plan.
• Fun: Fun team outings, drinks and other fun activities.
• Development opportunities: We give you the opportunity to develop further, through education, training and/or Dutch language lessons.

• The working day starts around 07:00 / 07:30 (depending on the season) with a nice cup of coffee. Then you leave with your team to the work location.
• You work outside with tools such as a leaf blower, hedge trimmer, hoe or brush cutter.
• You are responsible for cleaning and maintaining parks, sweeping and tidying streets and hoeing and raking gardens.
• Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the outdoor area looks neat and tidy.
• Around 16:30 you are back at the office and your working day is over.

• Passion for Green: Experience is a bonus, but not necessary, because the organization also offers training.
• Collaboration: You enjoy working in a team.
• Practical experience: You have experience with machines such as a leaf blower, hedge trimmer or lawn mower, this is not mandatory, we are happy to teach you!
• Driving license: Possession of a driving license is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
• Available: You are willing to work full days, both full-time and part-time.
• Communication: You can speak Dutch or English (level B1 or higher).
• Motivation: You like to get your hands dirty and enjoy being active outdoors.
