Employee Landscaping

We are looking for a Landscaping employee for our client in De-Moer. Landscaping employees typically are responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. You will perform tasks such as mowing lawns, planting and caring for plants, installing hardscape features like pathways and patios, and ensuring proper irrigation. In addition, you will operate landscaping equipment, and make sure to prioritize safety and cleanliness in your work. As seasons influence outdoor care needs, your varied tasks will keep the work engaging.

• Salary: €14,06+ per hour, depending on your prior experience.
• Work Hours: Work from 24 to 40 hours weekly.
• Travel: Commute costs are reimbursed.
• Leave: 25 vacation days available, in addition to holiday pay.
• Pension: You will be enrolled in the StiPP pension scheme.
• Training: Learning opportunities available for skill development.

• Gardens: Maintain garden areas. 
• Streets: Keep the streets clean and welcoming.
• Parks: Maintain parks for community use. 
• Daily Routine: Start with a morning coffee at 7:00 AM, collaborate with the team on site, and wind up by 4:30 PM.

• Passion for Green: Prior experience is beneficial, but it is not necessary, because the training will be provided.

• Language Proficiency: Comfortably communicate in Dutch or English at an A2 level or above.
