• You are responsible for managing the entire production process, from the dough to the packaging.
• You accurately process and prepare the dough, adding the correct ingredients according to the recipe.
• You operate and maintain various machines, including the ovens.
• You monitor and optimize the baking process and the quality of our products.
• You work closely with colleagues from the dough preparation and packaging lines and act as the link between production, quality, and technology.
• You ensure that you always work in compliance with HACCP and ARBO (Health and Safety) regulations.

• You have an MBO work and thinking level.
• You have technical skills and know how to deal with machinery. 
• You speak Dutch or English at B1 level. 
• You are willing to work in a two- or three-shift system.
