Packaging Operator Food

In this role, you ensure that products are packaged correctly and efficiently, both manually and with machines. You keep an overview, guide your packing team, and make sure production runs according to the highest quality standards!

• Set up, adjust, and operate packaging equipment
• Perform quality checks on packaging and finished products
• Ensure the availability of the correct packaging materials
• Detect and resolve minor malfunctions
• Supervise and support packing staff in your team
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, quality, and safety regulations
• Keep the workplace and equipment clean

• You have a MBO level of thinking and working
• You have knowledge of hygiene and quality regulations
• You're a good communicator and a team player
• You take ownership, work accurately, and think in solutions
• You speak English or Dutch at B1 level
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
