Employee Shipping

The role of an Employee shipping involves various daily tasks such as completing export documents, organizing orders, handling invoices, and maintaining communication with internal employees, truck drivers, the chamber of commerce, and border patrol. This position is within a specialized company that excels in plastic packaging extrusion. As Employee shipping you are responsible for the daily tasks such as the filling in the export documents and assembling orders.
Besides that you are busy with the invoices of the orders, having contact with the internal employees about orders and extern with truckdrivers, the chamber of commerce and the border patrol.

You will be working at an expectional company that specialises in the extursion of plastic packaging.

• You have experience in shipping and setting up export documents
• You are experienced in Microsoft Office
• You have at least Secondary Vocational Eduction
• You are accurate and can handle stress
• You are proactive and a real teamplayer
