What are your tasks?
As a Line Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the flower production process in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a team on the production line, ensuring that fresh flowers are sorted, arranged, and packaged efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Plan and organize team activities according to company guidelines.
- Coach and motivate team members to ensure high performance.
- Set goals for the team and monitor their progress.
- Supervise and support employees in their daily tasks.
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Onboard new employees and help them integrate into the team.
- Report performance updates and issues to the manager.
- Ensure efficient time management and workflow optimization.

What we ask

- Leadership experience: At least one year of experience as a Leader in another company. If you have less than a year of leadership experience, you may be a great fit for our Assistant Lead position, which offers a clear path to growing into a Line Lead role. We still encourage you to apply!
