What is the difference between the user company and Heroyam, the employment agency?

The user company is the organization where you perform your daily work and follow their instructions on tasks and schedules. Heroyam, as the employment agency, is your formal employer. We handle your contract, pay your salary, manage your benefits, and support you with questions or issues related to your employment. While you work at the user company, Heroyam ensures that everything regarding your employment runs smoothly.

What is one key difference between a Fase A and Fase B contract?

The main difference is the level of job security. In a Fase A contract, you work on a flexible basis, meaning the contract can end after each assignment without long-term obligations. In a Fase B contract, you move to more stable employment with the possibility of fixed-term agreements for up to 3 years, or six contracts, providing greater continuity and security in your work.

What is the difference between the StiPP Basis and StiPP Plus pension?

The main difference is the contribution level. In the StiPP Basis pension, only the employer contributes to your pension, while in the StiPP Plus pension, both the employer and the employee contribute. This means that in the StiPP Plus plan, you actively build a larger pension through shared contributions. Additionally, the StiPP Plus plan applies after you’ve worked 52 weeks and met the eligibility requirements.

How Can I Request Holiday Leave?

To request holiday leave as a flex worker, you can use the comments section in the EasyFlex2GO portal by logging in and specifying the dates you wish to take off, along with any relevant details. In addition to this, you should inform the supervisor at the company where you are currently working to ensure they are aware of your planned absence and can adjust schedules accordingly. Lastly, notify Heroyam BV directly by contacting your job coach or our support team. This ensures proper coordination between all parties. How does Heroyam BV handle the reservation of public holidays in a phase A temporary employment agreement?

At Heroyam BV, public holidays are reserved individually. This means that for each hour you work, you build up a percentage of your earnings as a reserve for public holidays.

When a public holiday occurs, the hours you would have normally worked on that day can be compensated using your holiday reserves. If you wish to use these reserves, you can request payment for the public holiday through our system.
