Successful employment of Asylum Seekers in Landscaping

In collaboration with our client Vebego Groen and the COA (Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers), we successfully deploy asylum seekers in landscaping. Not only does this help Vebego Groen to fill their vacancies. It also contributes to their vision on social employment and their social objectives. In this highlighted case you can read how we do that.

Together we ensure that everyone can participate

Vebego Groen’s motto is “Everyone participates”. Especially when it comes to newcomers such as asylum seekers. We often see that they have difficulty in the Dutch labor market. For example, they do not yet speak the language and they do not yet know the Dutch (work) culture. But when you give this group a chance on the labor market, they will every opportunity.

If you work, your life becomes a lot easier

When you work you earn money, you gain experience and you make friends. You can share how you feel with your colleagues and they will help you with problems you encounter. Having a job is good for you. I'm lucky to be here and to be able to work. My future plan is to stay here and build a safe new life.
