Allround Technical Operator

As an Allround Technical Operator, you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly and meets BRCGS quality standards. You will learn all the details of the machines, from brand-new lines to older ones. You won’t shy away from technical challenges, and you will fix problems whenever possible, always aiming for high quality. • A full-time, 40-hour workweek.

• Check orders, set up, adjust, operate, and fine-tune machines, and fix any process issues.

• Perform quality checks during production, spot any issues, stack finished products, and fill in data for quality processes.

• You will work in a 2-shift system with a good schedule. From Monday to Thursday, you work 8 hours and 15 minutes, and on Friday, about 6 hours, so you can enjoy a long weekend.

The facility primarily produces tin packaging for sectors like baby formula, tobacco, and cosmetics, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, such as using 100% recycled steel. • Technical background or experience.

• The ability to work in a 2-shift system.

• Experience in line production, preferably in the metal/tin industry.

• You’re comfortable speaking either Dutch or English at a B1 level or higher.
