Handyman

• Gross hourly wage of at least €14.99 per hour, excluding holiday allowance.

• A varied position for 32 hours a week.

• You conduct weekly inspection rounds through and around the buildings, checking and securing door handles, lighting, and toilets.

• You ensure the exterior of the buildings always looks neat, from cleaning signs and removing molehills to clearing litter and weeds.

• You maintain the technical rooms and independently carry out periodic Legionella prevention rounds.

• You take on various painting tasks and minor repairs, such as touching up buffet counters or fixing small issues in the warehouse.

• You perform minor maintenance on the building and the kitchens (with guidance where needed), such as replacing defective lights or small repairs.

• You speak Dutch or English at a minimum of B1 level.

• You are available for 32 hours a week.

• You are handy, solution-oriented, and preferably have some experience with odd jobs or facility maintenance.

• You enjoy working independently, proactively spot tasks that need doing, and tackle problems head-on.

• You work safely and accurately, which is essential when working in technical rooms and kitchens.
