Handyman

A company with nationwide reach that is specialized in maintenance of buildings and technical service is looking for a handyman in Delft! You will fulfill an important position in this city. With your colleagues, you are the keeper of the buildings. This means that you have joy in keeping the buildings from falling into decay, know all the secrets of the buildings and aren't scared to perform technical work. Fixing small technical errors are no problem for you as a handyman, but with bigger complex situations you will reach out to your co-workers.

• Basic gross hourly wage from €2452 depending on age and position.

• On-the-job supervision and training.

• Performing inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs and improvements.
• Resolving faults or engaging external service providers.
• Supervising work performed by external service providers.
• Supporting external service providers.
• Requesting/ordering required materials.
• Feedback on work performed.
• Stand for safety and ensure order and cleanliness.

The work will be carried out on multiple locations throughout the city of Delft. You will go by historical buildings which will make your work a real experience.
