Machine Setter

As a Machine Setter, you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly and meets BRCGS quality standards. You will learn all the details of the machinery, from brand-new lines to older ones. You'll handle technical challenges, set up machines for different products, perform test runs, fix issues, and always aim for the best quality final product. • A full-time, 40-hour workweek.

• Collaborating with a team of 25 production colleagues and working closely with the Production Team Leader.

• Setting up, adjusting, lubricating, and cleaning machines.

• Checking the first products, making machine adjustments if needed, performing 30-minute test runs after setup, and helping operators get started.

• Handling various technical tasks.

• Performing quality checks, reporting issues to the technical department, and recording data for quality processes.

• You will work in a 2-shift system with an attractive schedule. From Monday to Thursday, you'll work 8 hours and 15 minutes, and on Friday, around 6 hours, giving you a long weekend to enjoy.
