Introduction

As a Machine Setter, you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly and meets BRCGS quality standards. You will learn all the details of the machinery, from brand-new lines to older ones. You'll handle technical challenges, set up machines for different products, perform test runs, fix issues, and always aim for the best quality final product. What are your tasks?

  • Collaborating with a team of 25 production colleagues and working closely with the Production Team Leader.

  • Setting up, adjusting, lubricating, and cleaning machines.

  • Checking the first products, making machine adjustments if needed, performing 30-minute test runs after setup, and helping operators get started.

  • Handling various technical tasks.

  • Performing quality checks, reporting issues to the technical department, and recording data for quality processes.

  • You will work in a 2-shift system with an attractive schedule. From Monday to Thursday, you'll work 8 hours and 15 minutes, and on Friday, around 6 hours, giving you a long weekend to enjoy.

The facility primarily produces tin packaging for sectors like baby formula, tobacco, and cosmetics, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, such as using 100% recycled steel. The company also offers innovative solutions that combine metal and plastic packaging materials.
