Packing Operator

Do you enjoy working with your hands in an environment that smells like fresh cookies and pastries? We are looking for an enthusiastic Packing Operator for our client in Spakenburg. In this role, you ensure that all the treats are neatly packed and ready for the stores. You will work in a friendly team where efficiency and teamwork are key. No bakery experience? No problem! You will receive an extensive training program where we teach you everything about the machines.

• Between 32 and 40 hours per week.

• You earn an hourly wage between € 15.26 and € 19.92 (excluding shift allowance).

• Extra money on top of your salary (shift allowance) because you work in shifts.

• Regular events and social gatherings with your colleagues.

• Setting up and operating the packing machines.

• Checking if the products look good and have the correct weight.

• Changing over the machine when a new product comes onto the line.

• Solving small technical issues yourself.

• Guiding a small team of 2 to 5 packing employees.

• Keeping the workspace clean and safe.

You will be working at a large, professional bakery in Spakenburg. It is a company where people work hard, but the atmosphere is always positive. There is a real "can-do" mentality: colleagues help each other and take pride in the products they make. Through their own "Academy," they help you become an expert step-by-step. There are plenty of opportunities to grow into higher positions within the company.

• You enjoy working with machines and have some technical insight.

• You are willing to work in three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).

• You are a true team player who likes to help others.

• You work with attention to detail and have a hands-on mentality.

• Experience in a factory or the food industry is a plus, but not required.

• You speak Dutch and/or English at B1 level.
