Packing Operator

We are looking for Packing Operators for our client! You will work in the Fill&Pack department. You will operate different packing machines and ensure everything is packed safely and hygienically. Since it involves baby food, it is important that everything is done safely. You will work with your team to ensure this and come up with ideas to improve the process. Excited about this job? • A good salary of €3340 to €4390, including shift allowance.

• You work with and monitor the packing line, ensuring all machines run smoothly.
• You check the codes and output regularly and keep records in different systems.
• You report any issues directly to your Supervisor or other departments, like QA or Maintenance.
• You work closely with other Packaging Operators and a working Supervisor in a tight-knit team.
• You follow hygiene and safety rules strictly.
• You actively contribute ideas for improvements within the team and the production process.

• You have experience in a technical or production environment.
• You work carefully and always follow hygiene and safety rules.
• You are comfortable working with automated systems and are interested in process equipment.
• You communicate well and stay calm under pressure.
• You are able to work in a 5-shift schedule.
