• Working hours: A 38-hour working week in day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so that you have time for yourself in the evenings and on weekends.
• Salary: An attractive salary of €14.05 per hour, above the minimum wage.
• Allowances and allowances: ADV allowance of 5.26% per hour on top of your salary, overtime allowance of 49% extra on top of your normal wage and a travel allowance for commuting.

• Conversion and adjustment of machines for different production processes.
• Perform basic maintenance and resolve simple malfunctions.
• Starting, operating and stopping the channel welder.
• Operating and monitoring machines in the curve line.
• Carrying out quality checks on products
• Identifying and reporting deviations or problems in the production process.
• Collaborate with colleagues and together ensure an efficient working environment.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.
• If you like it, you can also work as a logistics employee in the production warehouse, where you will work with a reach truck.

Our client has a rich history dating back to 1919 in the field of ventilation and air treatment systems. Over the years, the organization has developed into a specialist in the production of high-quality ventilation products. They believe that good ventilation should be invisible and intangible, and strive for an optimal indoor climate by preventing drafts, minimizing noise, and maintaining the correct temperature and humidity. Our client has 3 production locations in the Netherlands, including a large production location in Staphorst. 35 employees currently work at this production location and together they form a close-knit team.
