Production Employee

For our client in The Hague — a modern food production company — we’re looking for production employees to join the team. You’ll be working in a clean and organized production environment, helping process a fresh and important product: onions.

• Operating machines that cut, peel and package onions.
• Checking product quality and complying with hygiene regulations.
• Resolving minor malfunctions and reporting deviations.
• Cleaning the workplace and machines.
• You work 4 days a week, but the working hours are longer: typically from 6:30 to 17:30.

Our client is a Dutch family business that has specialized in processing cut and peeled onions since 1948. From their location in The Hague, they deliver daily to the food service, wholesalers and meat and fish industry in the Netherlands and other European countries such as Germany, France and the United Kingdom. You will end up in a close and down-to-earth working environment, where quality, continuity and cooperation are paramount.

• You speak good Dutch or English (minimum B1 level).
• You are technically skilled and think in solutions.
• Experience in production or as an operator is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You can handle the typical smells that come with onion processing.
• You are reliable and motivated to work.
• You are comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• You are motivated to develop yourself further and learn more about the profession.
