We are searching for a motivated production worker for our client in Deventer. In this role, you work alongside your colleague(s) behind the machine and are accountable for maintaining the production process. Physical tasks are part of the job, but you're undaunted by the challenge. Collaboration and teamwork skills are the key as you work closely with another team member while operating the machine. What are your tasks?

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the production process, collaborating closely with colleagues while learning the machines. Working alongside a colleague, you'll start by handling products, gradually progressing to become a proficient machine operator. Expect physical tasks including lifting and operating machinery, with responsibilities including:

  • Preparing the rotational molding process.
  • Monitoring and operating multiple rotational molding machines.
  • Assembling molds and carrying out post-processing tasks.
  • Conducting machine maintenance.
  • Prioritizing workplace safety and promptly reporting any issues.

Company description

Our client is a company specializing in the production of plastic materials. This production is carried out through rotational sintering, a process in which metal molds containing the required material are heated, resulting in high-quality plastic forms. The organization has been active since 1960 and continues to excel in quality and consistency to this day.

What we ask

  • Experience or no experience? No problem, with the internal training provided, you'll be up to speed in no time. 
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English (B1 level) is required due to instructions on the work floor. 
  • A motivated approach to work.
